ILLUMISHADE Releases "Another Side of You"

Swiss modern metal takes centre stage with the release of ILLUMISHADE's highly anticipated sophomore record, "Another Side of You," released on February 16, 2024, under Napalm Records! Led by vocalist Fabienne Erni and guitarist Jonas Wolf, both from Eluveitie, the band presents a captivating fusion of dark and light, complemented by the orchestration and synths of film composer Mirjam Skal, bassist Yannick Urbanczik, and drummer Marc Friedrich.

"Another Side of You" sees ILLUMISHADE exploring new sonic territories while staying true to their celestial soundscapes and modern metal anthems. From the haunting opener "ELEGY" to the prog-infused epic "CYCLONE," each track invites listeners on a journey through intricate melodies and powerful rhythms.

Fabienne Erni's vocals shine brightly, showcasing her charisma and emotive delivery. Jonas Wolf's guitar work dazzles with towering riffs and searing leads, intertwining seamlessly with Erni's vocals to create moments of musical brilliance.
